“Confined spaces in the maritime-port area”. INAIL Campania and Assarmatori together to promote the culture of prevention

Promote and strengthen the system and culture of health and safety at work, with particular reference to maritime and port areas, and with specific attention, in this case, to the so-called “enclosed spaces”.

This is the objective of the seminar organized by INAIL Campania and Assarmatori , with the support of the University of Naples “Parthenope”, which was held on Wednesday 14 February.

At the speakers’ table, after the institutional greetings of Antonio Scamardella, Professor of Architecture and Naval Statics at the University of Naples “Parthenope”, and Stefano Peduto, Industrial Relations Manager of Assarmatori, two different panels followed one another – moderated by Giuseppe Di Palo (Oltremare) – with the interventions by institutional representatives of INAIL, university professors, medical personnel, as well as representatives of shipping companies, the port chemical service and companies operating in the field of workplace safety.
