Success for the career day organized in Livorno by Assarmatori and Gente di Mare

Over two hundred students participated to the career day organized in Livorno by Assarmatori in collaboration with the GDM – Gente di Mare , one of the most important maritime training centers.

In addition to the students, some people looking for new jobs also boarded the decks of the Moby Legacy. Following the Interministerial Decree of last November which allocated important economic resources for the training of new professional skills by companies, Assarmatori and Gente di Mare have in fact organized a moment of meeting between job supply and demand. The introductory greetings were brought by Matteo Savelli, Fleet Operations Director of the Moby group, by Captain Armando Ruffini representing the local Port Authority, by the Master Giuseppe Vicidomini, by Elena Di Tizio for GdM and by Giovanni Consoli (Assarmatori). In addition to them, also Catia De Gennaro and Serena Cantoni, representing the Directorate General for the Sea, Maritime Transport and Inland Waterways of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport, led by Director General Patrizia Scarchilli.
